Saw Kate for a slightly longer visit today. She is continuing to do a great job at the hard, hard work of healing. I delivered messages but she does have a computer in her room so I think she has access to emails.
Her color is great and yesterday she did six laps around thoracic. Next stop NASCAR.
She has lovely pics of boats and folks up on walls and she's got a great view out her window. Not bad for a place you're itchin' to get out of. Hoping to see her again tomorrow.

I am generaly feeling pretty well today. Still no voice, so no phone calls. Hope to have it fixed tomorrow.
Had my first meal today. Pretty good for hospital food. You order it like room service. Pretty cool. Then nothing to eat or drink after midnight again tonight for fix on vocal cords.
Still no word yet when I'll be released. Guessing a few days still.
Thanks for all the messages, prayers and greetings. I know they are working. Dr. Sugarbaker still very happy.
