OK, this is probably the least appropriate thing that will ever get posted here, but I had to share this story that has been making me laugh so much today.
Yesterday Sultan went to his group swimming lessons and halfway through the 30 minutes, the lessons were stopped, and I was told that they had discovered a chemical imbalance in the pool. They didn't think it was safe for kids to be in there. Probably it was fine, but you can't be too careful. You don't want them getting a rash or anything. I was impressed by how they can manage to keep an eye on the chemical balance while busy giving lessons to 15 or so kids. So, we went home.
Anyways, later telling this to my sister in law Maryellen, who is a school nurse, she said, "Right. Someone pooped in the pool."
Huh??
So for future reference if you hear the phrase "chemical imbalance" used with regard to kids and swimming pools, know: it's code for poop in the pool.

I think it is significant to know that Sultan is 5 for those that don't, so the group probably ranged from 4-6. I'm guessing that someone in the group had missed that important lesson. Good to know for future reference.
