Began yesterday. Kate's doc has said she MUST walk 20-40 minutes everyday pre and post surgery. Mandatory. So let me know if you have some regular or occasional times when you can accompany her since it is much more motivating with a person to walk with.
Just spoke with her and she sounded really good!
