Sorry to post again but I thought folks might want to hear this. A very close friend here in Arlington is an RN at the Brigham (she was our food coordinator). I asked her to find out what she could about Dr. Sugarbaker. Here's her reply:
Well the first two people I asked about Dr. S-Zulma, the wonderful medical asst I work with whose judgement I trust completely, and Kristen, our office manager who knows everybody, both had only good things to say. Zulma said Dr. Sugarbaker was very kind and honest with the family.
Kristen said with authority and emphasis, "He's amazing, he's THE BEST".
