Greetings from hospital land. Just wanted to get word out that Kate will have surgery on left adrenal gland tomorrow (Wed) afternoon. Was visiting when surgeon and his team swept in - much like the queen with her corgis - and he seemed very confident in tomorrow's procedure. Meanwhile Kate's drug cocktail is doing a sweet job of keeping her comfy. And sleepy.
Rich said an update will be up in a day or two with post-surgery info.
