The wrath of chemo hell has subsided and now I just feel somewhat rotten. Mostly weak, low energy. Finding it difficult to sleep, but not motivated to do much else. Wish this were cheerier! I'm trying. Much love, Kate

Sorry to hear your feeling like total...crap. Hope it's okay to use provocative language on your blog. Wish there were a magic wand we could all wave and poof...presto...zing...ding...walla walla bing bang you were out of this thing. Well even if there isn't a wand Jodi, Tillie, Kegan, Zi and me are certainly trying to conjure up one by sending you our love and good positive thoughts.
Speaking of which do you remember how you, Mo and me did Super 2? Well the kids came across an old dusty VHS copy of it the other day. They pleaded with me to play it. Watching it with them reminded me of leaps of faith...to believe anything is possible and why not. Who for a minute but you would believe, given the button downs running the show, that a flying freak in a superhero suit could inspire so many people to give.
Well from one flying freak to another don't let the headwinds bog you down...hang in. Sending you superhero thoughts and energy.
